FastTrack Offshore Deluge Valve Skid
Our client required an Enclosed Deluge Valve Skid to be delivered to site no later than 10 weeks from initial enquiry. Designed, Engineered and manufactured by our specialist team in the UK the Skid included the following features; CuNi pipework, Aluminium bronze pressure regulating deluge valve and isolation valves. This included 100% radiography on all butt welds, 100% PMI (positive material identification) on exotic materials and full material traceability. The enclosure was manufactured from 304 stainless steel and painted to the client’s specification.
The Deluge Skid has been installed onto a platform built in Southern Spain and is destined for offshore Argentina. Due to the very tight time-scales the FAT and SAT were completed on site overseen by our engineering team.
